Behavior Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
- Collect and record data on behavior and skill development.
- Implement behavior support strategies and treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors, families, caregivers, and schools.
- Maintain professionalism and responsiveness when working with clients, families, and team members.
- Maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions.

- Competitive hourly pay based on experience: $23.00 – $28.00/hour.

Requirements:
- Current RBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification (we provide support and training).
- ABA experience OR 1 year of 1:1 experience working with children (e.g., teacher, aide, nanny) preferred but not required.
- Strong communicator and organized; reliable and able to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of a negative TB test.
- Availability after 3PM a minimum of 3 days per week is required.
